Smal fits 1 3/8-inch nose-to-eye forms (“A” measurement). 5-inch overall length and 9 3/4-inch circumference. Pupil to pupil width: 1 3/8 inches. 18/20 mm eye.

Medium fits 1 1/2-inch nose-to-eye forms (“A” measurement). 5 1/2-inch overall length and 10 1/2-inch circumference. Pupil to pupil width: 1 3/4-inches. 18/20 mm eye.

Large fits 1 3/4-inch nose-to-eye forms (“A” measurement). 6 1/2-inch overall length and 12-inch circumference. Pupil to pupil width: 1 7/8-inches. 20/22 mm eye.
