Pronghorn Split Lip Mouthpiece – This mouthpiece is an innovative, industry-first product that offers a slightly open mouth look of unsurpassed quality.  Cast from a fresh specimen and expertly sculpted by World Champions Clint Rickey and Tim Gorenchan, it will produce a superior product that quickly replaces the foam nose and chin on your manikin, transforming it into a partially open mouth.  These split lip casts will not only increase the quality of your work but will provide an exciting new option for your customers.

Crafted in small batches with a custom-blended color and dental-grade teeth, these mouthpieces feature exceptional nose, palate, tongue and septum detail, making fishing fast and efficient.  Through a unique manufacturing process, the dark septum shows a realistic and lifelike flesh-tone when a light is shined through it.  Never before has this level of accuracy been achieved in reproduction taxidermy parts.

These mouthpieces are suitable for everyday work as well as competition at the highest levels. Rigid and durable urethane, they are solvent-resistant and are easily sanded for minor adjustments. This piece consists of two parts that are easily assembled prior to installation.  Fits 7 1/4 to 8 inch nose-to-eye forms (A” measurement). Nose pad width: 8 mm. Nostril wing width: 33 mm. Overall width: 61 mm.

Medium Pronghorn Earliners – These Pronghorn earliners are cast from a fresh specimen and expertly finished by World Champion Clint Rickey. They have superb anatomical detail and are the most accurate pronghorn earliners available.  These earliners are designed to replace the ear cartilage.  They are crafted in small batches using a custom blended color to reduce finishing time.  Exceptional inner ear detail and anatomical accuracy make these earliners suitable for high-end commercial work as well as competition at the highest levels. Rigid and durable urethane, they are solvent-resistant and are easily sanded for minor adjustments.  These earliners can also be heated and re-shaped if desired.  Overall length (from conch to tip): 5 inches.  Overall width (measured across the back of ear along the curve): 3 3/8in.
